These Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging (SMS) program operated by Q&M Motors ("we," "us"), 2141 Flowood Drive, Flowood, MS 39232. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

1. SMS program description

The Q&M Motors text program lets customers who opt in receive text messages from our dealership. You join by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form at /sms-opt-in and checking one or both of two separate, optional checkboxes. Checking a box is optional and is never required to submit the form, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message types

Customer-care messages (customer-care checkbox): replies to your vehicle inquiries, test-drive appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle availability updates, and follow-up on your request. Marketing & promotional messages (separate promotional checkbox only): special offers, sales events, and newly arrived inventory announcements. We only send the types you consented to. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, and our promotions.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Q&M Motors does not charge for text messages.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT). You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (601) 939-2290.

7. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, and messages may occasionally be delayed or not delivered. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.

9. Privacy

We never share or sell SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, reply STOP.
